Modern BEACHFRONT 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with 2bed 2bath Guesthouse in high-end residential Turtle tail area. Villa Sing a Song is a one of a kind gem. We spared no expense in this development. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, a full view to the oceanside as well as independent sliding glass door access to the pool deck.
The great room is a completely open and modern floor plan with a 17 ft vaulted cathedral ceiling and a 7 ft diameter ceiling fan. The 16ft sliding glass pocket door disappears into the wall confusing the outdoor and indoor space being that all tile for interior and exterior is the same limestone coral french pattern. With the sliding doors open the indoor kitchen immediately feels like an outdoor kitchen. Independently controlled ac units throughout so you can control the temperature independently in each bedroom but you will probably find you don't even need the ac considering keeping the windows and doors open in combination with the tall ceilings will give you a wonderful cool breeze.
Laundry room with extra-large capacity appliances. State of the art contemporary kitchen with bar-style seating 4 on the island as well as seating for 6 in the dining area. Also seating for 4 at the kitchen bar in the guesthouse.
4k UHD LED TV with apple tv in both main and guest houses. The entire compound is wifi equipped delivering the best Internet speeds available on the island.
Plunge into either of the two pools while awaiting the beautiful southwest Provo cloudless sunsets that are almost an everyday sure thing. On the patio deck, the Glass railing will never obstruct views as it is literally all floating glass with no banisters or pilings.
The Beach for Sing a Song Villa is private so you will not have to deal with the crowds you see on the resort sides of the island like long bay and grace bay beaches. It is equipped with Beachbeds with Kingsize Mattresses, Beach Chairs, Kayaks, Stand up Paddleboards, Beach Volleyball and also a Life-sized game of Beach Chess! There are only a couple of other villas on this side of the beach including our 3rd Villa which is another 2bedroom with a rooftop terrace and its own pool. You can also rent Villa3 together with This 5 bdrm combination (for a total of 7bdrms) at a higher nightly rate, just send a message inquiring for more details.
However If a busy beach is what you are craving, Grace Bay beach is just a 10 min drive and you are at the heart of all of Provo's 5-star resorts.
If you enjoy Kite Boarding we have plenty of wind on the southside and you will have the beach all to yourself on most days. The master bedroom shower room allows for a party of two and even in there you will get a full view to the ocean and what we feel is the best-kept secret in beaches on the island, superior to even grace bay. If you want quiet, private and still be close enough to the happening spots this will be the perfect home for you.

Summary: The views were amazing!! The private beachfront, pools and cabanas were highly enjoyable for all ages. Walking out to the outer islands at low tide was an adventure. Plenty of property for our group of 11.

Summary: The house was lovely. Property manager amazing. Because we could only come when kids were out of school it was terribly hot in the beautiful Turks and Caicos. Very hot.

Summary: We went as a group of 11 & rented all 3 villas. Communication with the local property manager was great (we had her go to the grocery for us) & she also hired a driver for us. It’s quite expensive to go anywhere from the house (about $100 a trip) so prepare for that but worth every penny! The home is perfect-great location-beautiful view & quiet. We had a chef come the first night too -other than that we ate our groceries & went to dinner the last night. We rented a boat one day to go snorkel-guys went fishing one day while the girls beach bar hopped-other than that we wanted to be at the house together! Thanks for a great time & we miss our driver Daniel…he was AWESOME!! We love Turks & will definitely be back!

Summary: The 2 villas were the perfect space for our group of 5 couples. Felt luxurious and private with great group and individual areas. Our favorite was having the kayaks and paddle boards to go out to thhe little islands everyday. Not something we could have done from a resort. Highly recommend!

Summary: This property completely blew me away - it was exactly as described, and even more gorgeous in person! Jose provided all of the information, and literally everything was taken care of - grocery store location, private chef recommendations, extra towels, etc. We had ten people for a birthday getaway, and had the most incredible time. The beach beds were so relaxing, and you're really very secluded. Cannot thank you enough!
