Welcome to our tropical modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom newly built home in Playa Venao. This house is made for indoor/ outdoor living with huge glass sliding doors connecting the living spaces to outdoor spaces. The pool, hot tub, large covered patio with BBQ, and lush landscaping will make you feel like you are in a private resort. The house is on the beach side of the main road, just a short walk to a very private and tranquil part of the beach on Playa Venao.
The space
This is a 2-story house, with the living and entertaining spaces on the first floor, and bedrooms and an additional lounge space on the second floor. Each bedroom has large windows with amazing views of the treetops and ocean, built-in closets and drawers, and new comfortable beds and linens. The bedrooms and downstairs spaces are all equipped with A/C and ceiling fans to keep you cool. The upstairs lounge has an extra bed and TV.
