Summary: Brooke was amazing to deal with and saw to every detail being covered in the space. The bed was a little on the smaller side, but my girlfriend and I did just fine being close together. This place has set the bar extremely high and should really represent what a vacation rental should be! Thanks Brooke!

Summary: For my first-ever experience staying in a VRBO, Brooke set the bar very high! From the location, to a light being in every place you need one, to the drawers of games & office supplies - everything my daughter & I needed was at our fingertips. The kitchen was very adequately stocked & there was even a jar of hair ties & bobby pins in the bathroom! The space is incredibly decorated and up-to-date. And Brooke was always just a text away, with immediate response time. (Although, I never needed anything, just asked for recommendations!) The neighborhood is very nice and my daughter & I very felt very safe at all times. The park-in garage was a nice touch, as well. I would highly recommend this property, and I hope to reserve again for our next trip out to CO!
