Positive: The location was fantastic, close walking distance to everything (including woolworths supermarket), and we couldn’t hear any loud traffic noise. The free parking onsite was a strong reason why we chose to book. The apartment was modern and very comfortable, with a well equiped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! There was a swimming pool, gym and theatre room available which we didn’t use but we will definitely take advantage of these next time. Brendan was very responsive and a great host.

Negative: There was cooking oil spilt in the utensil draw, dust on the TV unit, and glad wrap covering the bedroom smoke alarm, hence our 9 rating instead of a perfect 10. But other than that everything else was very clean and tidy.

Summary: Overall we loved this apartment and will most definitely ise this as our preferred place to stay in Auckland.

Positive: This apartment boasts an outstanding location, and one of its biggest advantages is the dedicated parking spot. In a city like Auckland where public parking is scattered and construction can turn the search into a chore, having a designated space provides real peace of mind. Communication with the hosts was exceptional. Even when I had limited service, they were proactive and regularly checked in to ensure everything was in order. I arrived late at night and was warmly greeted outside the building, complete with a helpful tour upon arrival. Another highlight is the in-unit washer/dryer. While I didn't end up using the kitchen, it looked fantastic and would be perfect for anyone looking to prepare their own meals.

Positive: The property was so central and a walking distance to all the nearby amenities. The host was very kind and welcoming, we really lined his energy and understanding, he had an entire pamphlet with all activities and restaurants to try out in the area. He also allowed us to check in earlier that the check in time and we also checked out later than the check out time

Negative: It would have been nice if someone comes to clean atleast back every two to three days.

Positive: Spacious and clean. Very well equipped. Convenient parking in the middle of the city. Not far from Britomart and near many shops, restaurants and bars but still quiet. Friendly and responsive owner.
