Summary: If you are looking for a local stay in a true neighborhood, this is your place. Many local restaurants, bars and coffee shops to explore. Close to metro and walking distance to many sites. Clean and homey with outdoor space and plunge pool. Would love to stay again.

Summary: The Gracia neighborhood is wonderful and I always felt safe. There are plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within a few blocks of the property. The apartment is as pictured and the outside area is very nice. The street is quiet, there is more foot traffic than vehicle traffic. The central location means you can walk just about everywhere, but there is a subway stop about 8 minutes from the apartment. The kids loved the pool, we cooked our own meals in the kitchen. You are in the city and the main bedroom is on the street so you will here the occasional reveler but its fleeting.
