Summary: Pool and Jacuzzi wasn't a good experience dirty and low water and heat was timed through owner and rats in roof of the house. Chairs were rotted through in the pool area. Almost injured my pregnant sister. Owner didn't care.

Summary: We were there for a motorcycle event and the house was the perfect place to stay during the weekend. Very comfortable and clean. The area is amazing. Lots of things to do and places to visit.Joseph was very communicative and the whole process was very easy.

Summary: Got together for a birthday celebration with my family and everyone loved this property! We were looking for something large enough to accommodate everyone, close enough to Kennedy Space Center, but far enough away from busy streets. This property got all of our needs and impressed us with all of its accommodations. It’s far enough away to be a quiet neighborhood and close enough to some great food spots and fun destinations. The guest bathroom was a bit dirty but easy to clean up in the moment.

Summary: Nice place but could have been a little cleaner. Not a lot of baking/kitchen items. Pool needed some cleaning and seemed to loose water so filled every couple of days.

Summary: This house was fantastic!! All updated ...and everything we needed ..Coming from NY in November and having the heated pool was an absolute added bonus for us. Joseph's communication and concern on how everything was going was superb..When back in the area we would definitely stay here again ... Close to everything within a short drive ...

Summary: The house was nice, LOVED the heated pool. The pool was our main reason for picking this home. We were in it several times a day while we were there. The neighborhood was quiet. Lots of food/grocery delivery options. It was a great birthday vacation for me and my bestie. Joseph was a great host, checking in with us to make sure things were good. The only change I believe is needed is TVs in the bedrooms, but we were in the pool so much by the time we headed to our rooms, we were ready to sleep.
