Negative: The house was not clean, I would have vacuumed and mopped the floors if I could when we first got there. The back bedroom was unusable because of the animal pee smell.

Summary: The property was beautiful, we thoroughly enjoyed the backyard

Positive: House had all the amenities we needed. Lots of room to spread out / hang out. Full kitchen and laundry suite. Two full bathrooms. Wi-Fi included

Negative: Overall the exterior / yard seemed to be needing a clean up for the season. There were pine needles and fallen sticks everywhere which made the backyard / deck and driveway slippery when wet. The back yard had some trash (soda cans, chipotle bag, random metal fork) scattered around the deck area. Cleaning inside was overall acceptable (spot clean). Higher trim spots and close the the ceilings in the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen had some pretty visible dust buildup.
