Summary: The owner’s stayed in touch during our stay which I do appreciate. There were a couple things that made me rate the property the way I did. First, roaches! House needs an exterminator visit. There were a bunch of tires stacked up in the back yard, just made the place look bad. Lastly, even though we didn’t have any issues, this section of Decatur, is not the best.

Summary: We needed a place to stay for the weekend on our travels, and we found this great home! It has been beautifully renovated with a modern touch. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the coffee station in the kitchen was a nice touch. We also enjoyed playing games in the family room, and there are many nearby restaurants (we particularly enjoyed The Hard Dock on the Tennessee River!). Sweet stay!

Summary: Me and a few of my friends stayed here for a wedding over the weekend and had the best time! Communication with the host was perfect and when we arrived to the house it was very clean and put together. My only complaint throughout my stay was that the house has an odd smell to it like it had been smoked in or pets had lived there prior but the host had multiple candles out that helped.

Summary: My husband and I rented this lovely home for a month as we waited to close on our new home. We were very happy with our stay! The home is in an older neighborhood, but everyone was friendly and relatively quiet. It's conveniently located with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The home had everything we needed for our stay and we had no issues. The owner was great! They checked in with us from time to time and were very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again and we are happy to recommend this home to anyone!
