Positive: Beds were very nice. Liked the gas stove and oven. Rooms were right sized. Cozy kitchen and living room space. Cozy and comfortable. the location was great for going to basketball games at the Mccormick center. We enjoyed quick access to great food and very many convenient places. Good service and will reuse again.

Negative: Outside was not visually appealing, but inside was very comfortable. No washer and dryer

Positive: The location was very close to the train and the neighbors were very friendly in helping us to the property. They seemed like great people and made an excellent start to the trip.

Negative: The neighbors on floors above would be somewhat loud on the stairwell and on the floor above during late hours.

Positive: The location, the cleanliness, accessibility, parking, the host was extremely nice and accommodating if we needed her for anything. It was well equipped with everything we needed to assist with our stay.

Negative: The heat was decent but being a basement apartment it was noisy when the furnace came on. Overall it worked out pretty well though.

Summary: It was convenient and comfortable for my family and suited our plans perfectly!
