Positive: Joe and Ketevan were responsive, and checked in to make sure our stay was going well and if we needed anything. They thought of everything! The home has everything you need! The beds! Oh the beds were so comfortable! Plenty of space and comforts of your own home!

Positive: Quiet area, big supermarket Koger only 15 minutes walk. (I was without a car). They have also a lot of organic stuff and food for vegans. Downtown is 1 hour walk, which was a nice walk on a sunny day. There is also a busstop close to the accommodation, bus 2 brings you downtown. Perfect place if you want to have something where you can relax after a long journey. I paid about 35 dollar for the taxi from the airport. Back to the airport I made a nice walk through Franklin Park to the stop of bus 7, which goes to the airport. (had only a small trolley).

Negative: The kettle of the heating in the cellar makes a lot of noise. The warmth and noise comes through grids in the floor in the rooms. When you turn the heating down it stops again but it also gets colder of course. And the clocks in the kitchen are one hour later than real time. I found the supermarket still closed because of that. (had jet leg and no cellphone).

Negative: it was all good, we rented both appartments up and down. it might be noisy when it is 2 different parties but for us it was perfect.

Positive: It has everything you could need. Very comfortable space. We felt like we were at home with our kids. First experience booking a residence.

Negative: The only problem was the top neighbors that were very noisy. So it's not an issue related to the actual place but who you get to be there at the time of your stay.
