Summary: This was a clean and nice property. The owner was responsive to small questions and we enjoyed our stay. The only small drawbacks were the lack of any kind of parking (we luckily grabbed a unicorn free parking spot a few blocks away but don’t count on that happening) but that’s about everywhere in Boston so it’s not a problem unique to this property. Overall a nice place and you’ll be glad you chose it.

Summary: Easy and prompt communication with the manager, clean apartment, nicely updated and furnished. In south boston, we found that Uber and Lyft were essential to get to the tourist destinations, but public transit seemed easy enough and close, just wasn't right for our family (young children). Thanks Tom.

Summary: Better neighborhood than I expected. Lots to do around, easy access to public transit (don't be afraid of the bus! It's nice!) comfortable beds and a great physical setup for two couples visiting. Highly recommend.

Summary: Communication with Tom was excellent prior to our arrival. I had asked if an early check-in was possible just by an hour and he was so obliging, but also took into consideration the person that was cleaning the house. After checking with them, he said it should be no problem. The house is very clean and well laid out. The beds were very comfortable. We used the washer and dryer and both were in great shape. The coffee was delicious. The local area has a lot of food options and the subway system is a short walk. Walking back from the subway station at night we never felt concerned for our safety. Would definitely stay here again.
