Positive: Clean and comfy rooms. Welcoming staff. Great views

Negative: No sun loungers available for us at 10am. Nothing at the pool or beach. Should have enough to cover the amount of people staying!

Summary: Staff were great but having to race to the pool for a sun lounges at a 5* hotel wasn’t ideal!

Positive: Inside breakfast place is air-conditioned and spacious. Outside area overlooking the beach..Food choices was great. I was happy that they have gluten-free sliced bread and would like to see more like cake, croissant etc.

Negative: Only thing I feel can be better is the check in staffing at the counter. They aren't efficient and attentive to their customers especially if there's a line of check in/ check out of guests and slow to process things.

Positive: Nice staff, always helpful, big rooms, clean beach, great infinity pool, good restaurant with reasonable prices for the quality of food. Nice area in the quieter corner of Panglao. Unbeatable experience!

Negative: I think there is nothing much to complain about... every problem was solved quite immediately.

Positive: Great resort! Reception- great customer service with all questions and helping book things! Room was great! Housekeeping was quick and efficient. Restaurant - buffet breakfast was great every morning and menu for dinner was amazing. The local delicacy table was beat thing! Plus - you are right next to a Japanese and Chinese restaurant which were both good! Spa/Pool - not biggest spa menu but hits the spot - foot reflexology was great. Pool area features infinity pool with swim up bar - great for evening wind down. Beach - private with beach chairs. Amazing and so relaxing. You can also order drinks and food to beach.

Negative: Would be great to have more beach chairs as it is very limited.

Positive: The bittermelon with scrambled eggs. Attentive stafff!

Negative: Pool wasn’t clean. Water was murky. Gym was small. Weird layout… there was a sign for a sunset bar on the 4th floor but there was no bar. Expensive tours. Elev area smelled like sewer.

Positive: The rooms are very clean. Staff are very nice especially "Yen" who checked us in. Breakfast Buffet is also good.

Negative: Location being too far from Alona Beach.
