Positive: We had a trip to Shanghai booked in March 2026 for just over a week, and we decided to book a small excursion to Moganshan to enjoy the nature and see the local historical sites. We booked Mocun resort based on recommendation of a friend and are so happy we did. The property was built over a period of 8 years by the previous French owner, and it shows. So many details and touches that make the place so unique. There are walking trails on the property (which is also a working tea farm) and of course around the area. The peaceful nature of our stay was a perfect complement to the hustle and bustle of our days in Shanghai.
