Positive: The location is incredibly peaceful, surrounded by beautiful nature. The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The food is delicious, and the beds are very comfortable. The showers were the best we experienced during our trip. Also, one of the cutest dogs we’ve ever met makes the stay even better.

Positive: Beautiful rooms and shared spaces, really tranquil in the little oasis! The staff were lovely and we loved the dog he was so sweet!! Clean and lush :)

Negative: A little tricky to get to and the bathrooms are only downstairs

Positive: I absolutely loved the place. Sieu was friendly, incredibly supportive, and always willing to help. The breakfast and dinner was excellent, and the property is beautiful — definitely worth staying here

Positive: Incredible place to stay when visiting Sapa. This was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, communicative and accommodating. We had a very late arrival/early departure to hike the next day and they even packed us breakfast to go. The space was wonderfully relaxing and the other guests were so lovely. Highly recommend pancakes and french toast for breakfast - absolutely delicious (as was everything else we ate). We loved hanging out in the common spaces + around the little indoor fire pit. Hope to have the opportunity to visit again someday. Special shout out to Pencil, the hosts adorable dog, who was an excellent tour guide around town! Note - generally our drives into Sapa town took between 25-40 minutes, depending on traffic. But completely worth staying here, even if you want to spend lots of time in Sapa, due to the amazing serene and authentic environment.

Positive: It was very cozy and the staff there were super friendly ! Additionally, the homestay was up the hill and every morning we were greeted with amazing views. Would highly recommend this place to people looking for a quieter stay away from the city.

Positive: The calm and the amazing views it provides. If there are a lot of people they organize a family dinner which provides an amazing opportunity to learn new people. The staff is really professional and kind

Negative: Because everything is wood and not really good isolated there’s a lot of cracking and there is a rule to be silent after 2100, but it’s not hard enforced. It’s just expected to abide by the rules and go to sleep at a reasonable time
