Positive: I enjoyed the industrial aesthetic. The food was always delicious, never a negative experience. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, and the electric vehicle charger was a big help.

Negative: There was some mishap with the electric vehicle charger and my car didn’t charge overnight my first night, which kept me from being able to explore with the car during the day. But things were resolved that evening and it was able to charge. The hours for the spa access were a little late for opening and early for closing, for my personal preference. Limited counter space to keep your hygiene items in the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable and sunk too much.

Summary: This hotel was full of friendly and accommodating staff, a beautiful aesthetic with rich history, slightly uncomfortable

Positive: The staff is super friendly and always available to help. The food at the restaurant is amazing and I highly recommend trying the tasting menu.

Positive: We spent three wonderful nights at Moagem Industrial Hotel and absolutely loved it. The hotel is simply beautiful, very comfortable, and makes you feel completely at home. At the same time, the staff treats you like royalty – warm, attentive, and welcoming in every detail. A special thank you to Maya and Paula, who welcomed us so warmly every morning and prepared the best pancakes we have ever had. The welcome from Luis was a true delight – so friendly and genuine. Célia and Marta impressed us with their attention to detail and the way they served us so beautifully at the table. Marta, the pastry chef, amazed us with the best handmade desserts we have ever tasted. And of course, we cannot forget Ruben, the chef, who with so much love and care prepared for us an incredible variety of delicious dishes. Everything was perfect, and we couldn’t have wished for a better stay. Highly recommended! Loulou, Nicky and Family😍

Positive: The decoration is incredible! There is an industrial vibe that respects the building original purpose. The staff is friendly and welcoming, specially the Kitchen's (yes, that is the restaurant's name!) staff. The dinner menu is an amazing gastronomic experience! The pool!

Negative: Entering is a bit confusing. Due to the building's architecture you will have to cross the pool yard and the outdoor restaurant to get to the reception's door. The mattresses was... strange. Not uncomfortable but... uncanny...

Positive: This is well worth the experience. The hotel was impeccably decorated, peaceful and confortable - we really liked the way the industrial theme was maintained throughout and how its original purpose was incorporated in every detail. The staff were also super friendly, they went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Finally, the food served by chef Pedro was delicious and fresh - we could tell how much preparation went into every step.

Positive: Lovely new hotel in an old flour mill, lots of attention to detail and keeping the fabric and workings intact and on show mixed with vintage and stylish modern items and furniture . There’s a restaurant and counters round the kitchen where you can interact with the chefs who mainly cook with wood fire . Also a pool and a sauna and nice sunbathing area . We were the first guests and the lovely staff were eager to make sure we had a lovely time . The hotel is situated on the edge of a sleepy old school Portuguese town so entering feels like stepping into another world
