Negative: Nice hotel, good value for money, unfortunately loses a lot on poor staff training. It is impossible for one family of guests to make a huge noise and the staff did not intervene. Children were chasing and screaming between floors well into the night. At this point it is up to the staff to intervene, but here it didn't happen. Too bad, it spoiled the whole impression of an otherwise fine accommodation

Positive: Spaceous room, clean and nice. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. The room Minh Kieu 2 was definitely better than some 1* or 2* hotels in Europe offer.
