Positive: The apartment was amazing and had everything you needed for a few nights stay. It really felt like a home from home. The host was amazing and was in regular contact leading up to the booking.

Negative: Directions to check in could be slightly clearer as there is a street with the same name as the apartment name. But otherwise it was perfect.

Positive: It was very modern and gorgeously done. No complaints there. Very lovely to be in aesthetics wise. It was near everything we needed which is why we booked it, easy for us to find.

Negative: So I wasn’t impressed that upon entering the apartment I found that me and my partner were sleeping on the sofa bed (not the issue) but that we didn’t have bedding to go on the sofa bed just a duvet and pillows that had no protection on which is rather unhygienic, the rug had bits in from other users, there was a request to clean the property as you would your own kitchen which I don’t mind doing but no kitchen roll to do so, only a two towels to share between three people luckily I brought an extra, no specific instructions on how to use things such as the hob, oven or even where the WiFi was which we only found 12 hours before vacating the apartment. There was also a smell of cannabis on the corridor of the apartments which isn’t the hosts fault but still not pleasant. these may sound like minor issues but in comparison to apartments I’ve stayed in in the past it just adds that extra bit of ease to your stay. We were also switched last minute, which was annoying but workable.

Summary: Nice apartment, would stay again if changes were made to the bedding etc.

Negative: My two year old found a lighter underneath the sofa. The cutlery in the drawer was dirty. Some of the mugs were not clean and the bedroom floor was very dirty and dusty. We had to clean it with wet wipes

Positive: The people who look after it were absolutely brilliant. Very kind and happy to help. There was an issue with the property caused by the property above. They bent over backwards to sort everything out so that they didn't have to cancel. Everywhere in the area was fully booked. They even dropped us some milk and teabags!

Negative: It wasn't very easy to find. The speed you need to do the front door code is difficult.
