Positive: Beautiful and spacious property. Very well maintained and comfortable. Pretty decent for a group of 9-10 people.
Negative: Heating not working, no hot water at the property. It was freezing cold and we were struggling to get the heating on. No prompt response by the property management in regard to queries. Visible damages to some parts of the house, like kitchen side strip, doors of cold freezer and microwave handles broken

Positive: The location was great for the event we attended. It was very spacious, clean and most facilities were provided to make our stay comfortable. Prior to our arrival, communication with the property was very good and response was immediate.
Negative: The kitchen utensils were not good and some were broken. For a family travelling with kids who needs some of these items, it was a shame they weren’t available. Bigger pots can be provided for the size of the property. Dishwasher tablets can also be provided. The sofa (sofa bed) was not comfortable to sit on and was dangerous for a mobile baby and toddler to sit on as they can slip underneath and get entrapped (the foam padding is not good). Shower curtain in biggest room needs to be washed as it smells moldy. Bath mats to be provided to avoid falls. WiFi also was not good at all. For someone who needs it for work, it would have been an issue.

Positive: The location was good central to everywhere. The staff were helpful and efficient with any queries and questions.
Negative: The property was very tired looking it really needed decorating. The bathroom shower continuously dripped, paint was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. A a drawer was missing in the kitchen (there was just a gap). There were two two seater sofas for a place that slept 8. The sofas were old and uncomfortable. The balcony was unusable with no chairs or outside furniture.
Summary: OK for a very short trip.
