Summary: The only downside was that the outdoor pool wasn’t functioning for the season, so we couldn’t use it during our stay. It would have been helpful to know this in advance.

Summary: I felt very welcome throughout my stay. The reception staff were always friendly and communication was really good, which made me feel comfortable from the start. The restaurant staff were also very kind and caring. Everyone greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. I really enjoyed my stay and had a lovely experience overall.
