Positive: We were incredibly fortunate to find Mivara - we had an awful experience with another hotel called Amilla that scammed us. This was our birthday weekend as family. Once I booked Mivara, I explained that we were super disappointed and wanted to experience the best possible Bodrum. From the moment I sent my message, the reception team made sure I was UNDERSTOOD, RESPECTED and WELCOMED. They welcomed us with open arms, drinks, a top notch service and with genuine smile on their faces! EVERY staff had a great personality and friendly attitude, friendly atmosphere, very safe and impeccable cleaned site, all smelled great and the food was absolutely amazing. The chef and waitress were super friendly and professional. We loved Mivara and everything about Mivara is professional level and customer centric. Even the cats are entertaining and friendly. We loved Mivara and we are very grateful for the fact that the whole Mivara team turned our nightmare into something special and it has marked us! Impacted us greatly! Thank you for so much love, professional care, for the delicious Birthday cakes, snacks! The facilities and location is amazing, the sea is wonderful and the bar team is super efficient and friendly too. We are beyond pleased with our stay, tesekuler ederim 🥳💜💜

Positive: Fantastic Seaview from the room. We got upgraded to a Seaview room and it was quite pleasant.

Negative: Hotel restaurant and bar are way way overpriced for turkey standad and for the food quality they provide. Way below average. Snacks on the beach bar are ok taste wise. I had the worst pavlova of my life. Hard, scomposed to look fancy but hard and tasteless. Steak salad nothing special. French fries for 11euro an absolute ripoff.
