Positive: Beautiful position and atmosphere and a comfy feeling! I was feeling very sick on that day staff helped me :)

Negative: Our toilet had a hole in the window.. And you are about 3000 mt high so at night was kind of cold

Positive: Placed nad maintained greatly. Great view and walking distance from Sonmarg main market.

Negative: Opens very late for service in the morning. No service until 10am.

Positive: The location is perfect, right next to the river. They have a tree house like common space, with 360 degree views. The bathrooms have water heaters and are well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable and the room is carpeted.

Positive: I stayed at Mitra Hostel in Sonmarg and had a really good experience. The tree house-style restaurant on top was a highlight. Even though it’s tucked deep inside the village, the location is worth it. A beautiful water stream runs right beside the hostel, which adds to its charm. Perfect spot for travelers. Special thanks to the chef, who made sure we were served those hearty cheese sandwiches along with tea. Definitely a stay to remember.
