Positive: The view from the room.

Negative: The hotel is great, but the restaurant was a disappointment. Many items on the menu are overpriced, such as the chicken dish which cost 800 rupees for only two pieces. The management should review the entire menu pricing and focus on improving food quality, as it currently doesn't offer good value for money.

Positive: Staffs are very polite, helpful. Location is little off from the main market area that makes it less noisy. Facilities are good too

Negative: Paneer masala which was too spicy and paneer was not fresh, very hard paneer. Could have floor carpet atleast until the room heater is functional

Positive: It was a beautiful experience staying there. We came nack from Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra, naturally we were very very tired. They did everything for our comfort.

Positive: Quite comfortable and clean hotel.

Negative: Quality of service is spoiled by incompetent staff, unable to bring the ordered food (they always brought something completely different, increased the price by several hundred rupees on the bill and were unable to substantiate individual items). The highlight is that the staff constantly harasses clients with requests for tips, without deserving any by their willingness or ability. I would return here, but because of the rude and incompetent staff I will take my clients elsewhere.
