This home sits right on the banks of the beautiful Clark Fork River which flows thru Missoula. It is conveniently located on quiet Easy Street approximately a mile upstream from the University of Montana, and a approximately 2 miles from vibrant downtown Missoula. This riverside home is fully furnished and equipped including central AC for a very comfortable stay. As you walk into the main floor you enter a great room style living room, fully equipped kitchen and the dining area overlooking the river. There are three bedrooms on the main level. One river view master suite, with a queen bed. Another queen guest room, and the third full guest room. Two full baths are also on the main floor. The full walk-out daylight lower level features a comfortable family room, 2 more bedrooms, and the third bath. The home holds a total of 5 bedrooms with 6 beds and 3 full baths. Off the kitchen there is a large elevated deck with BBQ grill, table + chairs . This deck overlooks the river with it's islands, Eagles and Ospreys and beautiful Mount Sentinel background. The walk-out lower level offers a fenced back yard and stairway to the river. Just a few steps down this stairway for easy access to the river. You will enjoy the soothing sound of the river making for a great night's sleep. From watching the Osprey and Eagles catch fish, and teaching their fledglings to fly (nests nearby) to being a few minutes from everything Missoula has to offer, this guest home is sure to make your stay memorable.

Summary: Our family has stayed at the Riverside Vacation rental for three years in a row and we look forward to coming again. The property is perfectly suited for bird watching, fishing access, tubing, and just hanging out on the deck. The house was extremely clean upon check-in, and the rooms were well appointed for our 9-night stay. John is a welcoming and accessible host. Everything we need for a relaxing vacation.

Summary: The property was perfect for our family. Our two children, their spouses and young kids had plenty of space for kids to play and yet privacy for individuals. The patio was perfect for evening meals with the sounds of the water nearby. Very pleasant!

Summary: This property has a great location! We enjoyed local restaurants and had easy access to I-90. We also loved watching the floaters on the river located right off the back deck. The house was stocked with everything necessary. The property wasn't as clean as we expected but otherwise was very comfortable with plenty of beds to accommodate our large group. Worked great for our group of 8!

Summary: Fantastic location near Missoula downtown and airport. Also located on the Clark fork river which was gorgeous. Sitting out there was fantastic. The home was well stocked. We had all we needed.
