Located on 19 acres of forested land, the home boasts stunning panoramic views of the Biterroot River to the south and the Missoula Valley to the north. A short walk from the Lolo Peak Brewery but separated from town via a lengthy private driveway, enjoy scenic privacy while staying close to all the area has to offer. 5 minutes to world-class fishing in the Biterroot River, 10 minutes to Missoula, 20 minutes to the Snowbowl downhill skiing area, and incredible hiking and biking right out the door and throughout the surrounding areas. 1.5 hours to Flathead Lake, under 3 hours to Glacier National Park, and under 5 hours to Yellowstone National Park. Apartment has its own entrance, private parking, and a large fenced-in patio. The unit sleeps up to 4 with 2 bedrooms , 2 queen beds. There is 1 bathroom with a tub/ shower combo. A newly remodeled kitchen with full size appliances, coffeemaker,toaster. A counter bar seats 4. The living area has a couch, loveseat and chair with large TV and VCR. WiFi is provided also. Summary: Really enjoyed our stay at this rental. You are on the lower level of the owners house which sits on a hill. Great view from the patio. Good brewery at the bottom of the road. Could walk there if you wanted. Easy drive into Missoula. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summary: My good friend and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway from jobs and families to reconnect. It was perfect for us. We wanted a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to hang out, cook good food, chat, and drink wine - and we got just that. The owners were wonderfully responsive when we had issues figuring out the entry code and very understanding when we had to admit to breaking a wine glass. It's a simple place with everything needed for a break from regular life. Thank you!

Summary: We love all the windows giving a beautiful south facing view of the mountains. We got an unexpected snow to enhance our views and create an even more cozy environment. We got the ease and relaxed feel we needed. Bobbie and Dick are wonderful host!

Summary: This place was...fine. Walkout basement of a 70s era home that has been given a cheap facelift. On a hill that has nice views as long as you keep your eyes off the strip malls and highway at the bottom of the hill. Minor complaints: hot water ran out quickly, kitchen only had 4 bowls and ~6 plates, so you had to do dishes if you were going to eat more than one meal. Fireplace is for show only, can't be used. Positives: Clean, and beds were nice. Brewery is truly a short walk away, though that's really the only thing worth walking to.
