Positive: The staff were extremely helpful and very nice people who couldn’t do enough to make the stay comfortable. Great location next to the trekking area for sipi falls.

Negative: For a new property it felt old. The interior decor of the rooms was terrible to be kind. Like a 1950s Chechen bothy! Insects crawling around and dampness in each. No hot water and electricity constantly being turned off. When ordering food there was very little available from the menu. The only reason I have scored this place to highly was based on the staff dispositions. Piss poor effort from the owner.
