Positive: The view of the lake and hillsides was fantastic, especially from the veranda and sun room. Off- road and covered parking, great air-conditioning, proper living facilities, not just a holiday apartment. Large accommodation, friendly neighbour, about 20 minute walk from the town.

Negative: There was nothing more you could wish for, aside from more time! Let us know if you ever wish to sell up and move on!

Positive: I spent a week with my family in July at the Miravalle apartment. The views over the lake Lugano and surrounding mountains are magnificent. The apartment is big and very well maintained. It's also well equipped. We found pretty much everything we needed, including delicious espresso capsules :) All rooms have air conditioning, which was great for us as that was a hot week. The owner is helpful and takes care of his guests. We had a great stay and definitely recommend this apartment.

Negative: We had a couple of minor issues that we reported to the agency, but they didn't care much. Luckily, the owner, who leaves nearby, took care immediately of everything.
