Summary: Best hotel in Ischia. This is not up for debate, factually speaking you will not find a better hotel location wise, service and overall experience. My room was always clean, the staff were excellent and the breakfast was great. The view from the hotel bar might be one of the best views in the world.

Summary: The hotel has a nice beach, but the rest of the facilities didn’t meet our expectations. The breakfast is ok at best. The worst part were the rooms. Said to be a five star hotel, but the rooms looks more like 2 or 3 stars. You can hear everything through the walls on your room. The bed is very hard and our AC started making an insane sound in the middle of the night and we thus had to change rooms at 2 am. Even this required discussions with management, and when we asked to get a new room the day after they were not very accommodating, nor understanding of the fact we had the worst night in history. The new room was better but the hotel is very old so there will be noice from the AC, very old amenities and overall a poor standard in the rooms.

Summary: This property is fabulous! The staff is incredible. Beautiful rooms, clean, beautiful and clean beach. The view of the castle can’t be beat! Can’t wait to return. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

Summary: This was a fantastic stay The breakfast each morning was amazing and the dining room had an amazing selection of food for lunch and dinners with spectacular views of the water. The staff was always available to help with any requests and arranged for an incredible boat trip around the island. I would definitely come back.

Summary: Loved everything about this hotel but especially how friendly and accommodating the staff were. Only downside was the American aholes in the room next door who decided to keep everyone up past 2am with their obnoxious antics for the last 2 nights of my stay.
