Positive: Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, peaceful area.

Negative: When we arrived we couldn't locate the required parking passes. Vacasa replied quickly in app with a solution, but it did take 2 days to get official parking passes. We didn't experience any troubles while waiting, however.

Positive: The location is excellent to walk to the beach and multiple shops and restaurants. We love being able to walk back and forth from the beach throughout the day. The beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. We were all comfortable the whole time. There were 8 of us.

Negative: One thing we needed was a pizza pan and/or cookie sheet. We made due and used a casserole dish but it might be nice especially for those with kids and wanting to heat up a frozen pizza to have a cookie sheet or pizza pan.

Summary: Our family and friends had a wonderful stay in Miramar Beach Villas and Miramar Beach.

Positive: The rooms, the location in town and the facilities..also quiet.

Negative: The fact of not having a code for the beach and not being directly across from the beach which we were led to believe by the brochure. Also would be nice to have better mop.
