The Family room, terrace and recreational room provide plenty of comfort. This is a condominium complex and only a few units are rentals. Therefore, this is a quiet, safe, and comfortable condo for you to enjoy your stay in Peru.
SPECIAL BENEFITS and features of our condo include:
1. Private Rooftop Terrace has breathtaking views of the city, ocean, and sunsets. Our Renters entertain family and business on the terrace. A glass of wine at sunset, sets a great mood for conversation and relaxation.
2. Excellent location, close to everything, but just far enough away from the congestion and noise. Because we are across the street from the Canadian Embassy, the street has plenty of parking, security, buses, taxis, and is well maintained.
3. Isabel, our apartment manager, is the best. She lives down the hall and will solve any problem that might arise. She will coordinate your arrival and show you around the apartment.
4. Vivanda Grocery Store is two blocks away. This is an upscale complete grocery store with a bank. It is next to the Herbal Life Corporate building. The clerks actually carry your groceries back to your apartment!
5. Laundry Room is in the unit and has a full-size washer and dryer, and iron.
6. Our Home is Your Home-Everything we can think of has been included in the apartment. We want this to be a great experience for you, and stress free.

Summary: Check in with Isabel was a breeze and we appreciated her and the property owners great communication. The space was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Really appreciated the bag of coffee provided. Our five day stay was very enjoyable and the location is only a few blocks to the ocean. The rooftop is serene with views of the city and the ocean. Fans were provided in all rooms so that’s good for the summer months. Lima is vibrant and when the windows are open there will be some city noise but that is virtually anywhere you go in Lima. A strong walker has great access to Larcomar, Parque Del Amor. Parque Kennedy and the numerous parks along the Costa Verde. This was a perfect base of operations to explore Miraflores on our five day stay. I would return and recommend to anyone.

Summary: The penthouse is in a great location central to Kennedy Park and Larcomar. The owner and property manager were both very accommodating to our needs and easy to contact for all arrangements. We recommend the apartment to all visitors wanting to experience staying in the Miraflores district of Lima

Summary: We spent about 2 weeks in this apartment and enjoyed it very much. The two level apartment has plenty of space and everything we needed. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The terrace on the upper level is very nice with lots of plants. The laundry facilities included a washer and dryer, both of which worked very well. The apartment was clean and the building was safe and secure. There were 2 phones in the apartment, one for local calls and another phone that could be used to call US or Canada for no charge and that was very useful for us. We like that area of Miraflores and could walk just about anywhere we wanted to go.

Summary: You will feel at home in this condo. It is very clean and provides everything you would need and more. The view from the roof top terrace is spectacular! It is very close to the grocery store and several restaurants and parks, all within walking distance. Plenty of taxis in the area as well. We felt very safe walking around day and night. The owner is quick to respond and extremely helpful! I would not hesitate to book this place again.

Summary: I had a great month at his apartment. Very well situated, I liked the terrasse and finally the BBQ. More comfortable furniture on the terrasse would have been better. Look forward to going again.

Summary: We stayed here in October 2018. It was an outstanding experience! The apartment is perfectly located, 2 blocks to Vivanda grocery store and 3 blocks to the marvelous water front walk in Miraflores. The top floor location puts you away from the sometimes noisy hustle and bustle of the Miraflores neighborhood and provides a great view of the Lima city. The neighborhood is safe and we felt comfortable walking at all times of the day and evening. The apartment is well appointed and comes equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Yes it was great and yes we plan to stay here again on our next trip to Lima.

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely apartment in the heart of Miraflores. It has a great location near grocery stores, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The apartment is very safe because it is across the Canadian Embassy. One of the best features is the large well equipped and very clean kitchen. It has very good size bedrooms. A highlight is the upstairs open terrace which has a family room nearby with good WiFi and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. The owner and manager are very responsive and gave us many helpful tips. We highly recommend staying here.
