Positive: The facilities and location is amazing. So serene and peaceful. Beautiful.

Negative: The food is bellow average and way overpriced. It blew my mind that a place like this makenfood like that. Only food worth is the breakfast.

Positive: We liked the room amenities, it was spacious, had a comfortable size of bedrooms and a bath tub - perfect for small children. The Amaracus restaurant was very nice and the main waiter was absolutely amazing, a lovely person. Ladies at the kids’ club were trying their best, very kind people. Very nice place for golfers.

Negative: Cleanliness - the keycard from your room is given to you in a closed envelope with your name at the reception. First thing I noticed immediately upon our arrival to the room was an old envelope from the previous guest - this is not only unprofessional but also is disclosing guests information. At some point of our stay we also find a piece of clothes behind the sofa cushions that did not belong to us. Before our arrival I communicated to the reception we want a cot and a high baby chair installed in our room. This was confirmed to me multiple times and yet, when we arrived, none of this was ready in oir room. The breakfast buffet was very mediocre, not a 5* experience. The spa is only available from 16+ and the outdoor pool is not heated so despite all this, our kids had nowhere to swim. The kids club they offer as a compensation for this is just a corner with toys in a huge cold room. Despite the efforr of the ladies who work there, it is a joke. The area is peacufel but without a car you have absolutely nowhere to go.

Summary: Would not choose again as we are not a target of this hotel for sure.
