Other Policy Dear guest,, we are pleased to welcome you and wish you a relaxing stay. to ensure the property remains in excellent condition for all future guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:, 1. smoking policy, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa at all times. smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas (if available), violation: if evidence of indoor smoking is detected (e.g. smoke smell, ash, or cigarette remains), a flat fee of €650 for professional deep cleaning and odor removal will be charged. in case of burn marks or smoke damage to furniture, floors or textiles, an additional €650 will apply, 2. usage restrictions, the following is not permitted:, exceeding the maximum number of guests confirmed in your booking, parties, events or celebrations, commercial use of the property, subletting or passing the property to third parties, violation of these rules may result in a contractual penalty of €1,000, in addition to any damage costs, 3. damages & liability, you are fully liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents by you or your guests, the following fixed compensation applies for significant damage beyond normal wear and tear:, bed, couch/sofa, armchair or table: €800 per item, chair: €150 per chair, 4. key loss, in case of lost keys, a fee of €30 applies, plus any additional costs for lock replacement if required, 5. payment, no traditional security deposit is required. however, we are entitled to charge legitimate additional costs (damages, extra cleaning, penalties etc.) via the payment method used for the booking, 6. other important information, this is a short-term holiday rental and does not constitute a long-term tenancy, the condition of the property is documented with photos and videos before and after your stay, all local taxes (e.g. tourism tax) are the responsibility of the guest, thank you very much for your understanding, we are confident that with your respect for these rules, you will have a wonderful stay and we can continue to offer this beautiful property to future guests. should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
