Positive: Very near and clean. Plenty of space and kitchen/laundry items to use. The location was perfect.

Negative: Very slow responses to emails. Didn’t get my check in info (unit number, code, directions, etc) until after I called Mint House directly and after I arrived a few hours after my intended check in time.

Summary: The stay was great; the process left something to be desired.

Positive: Location was great. Apartment was very clean and had ample space. The bed was super comfortable. Would stay here again.

Negative: You have to reserve parking and when I went to do so, there were no spots available. When I called the management co, they had no other options. Luckily, I was able to do a google search and parked right across the street at the Embassy's parking garage for $7/night. This was inexpensive and convenient. I feel it would be easy information for the management company to have since parking at the building is not a given. This was not something I anticipated when I booked. I also was not a fan of having to scan my driver's license online to check in. I was crossing my fingers that it wasn't a scam, but it turned out fine.

Positive: Plenty of room for our family. Excellent location, safe and secure entry. Clean building and apartment, very friendly staff. Washer and dryer were a huge bonus for us, with 4 kids we have lots of laundry.

Negative: Beds were not very comfortable and the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. Kitchen was pretty bare, could have used a few more pans and a hot pad.

Positive: The location was fantastic for access to all that Downtown Greenville has to offer. The space was comfortable and felt quite spacious considering the square footage.

Negative: The only down side was parking on Fri evening was tricky. The lot fills quickly and I had to circle the lot quite a few times waiting for someone to leave. That said, the parking attendant was extremely helpful and very pleasant which I really appreciated.
