Summary: Stayed for 2 nights. Boiling hot and the A/C worked perfect. Needs a little tlc but nice and cozy. Recommend an outside picnic table for cooking out and lil better outside furniture, if I was here last year I would have broke the outside chairs as I weighted 267. Even at 219 I was a bit shakey It was this place
