Positive: Small cozy apartment with everything you need. It was clean and very well equiped. Possibility to book a baby crib and high chair. Shower worked good - no issues with shower drain, as described in reviews from other guests. Nice place to stay👌🏼

Negative: The process of check-in was a disaster. We didn't receive any information in advance, so I asked via booking 1 hour before arrival for some instruction - no answer. Once we arrived to the place, I called the owner 3 times - no answer. As we were traveling with our baby, we had to search for some restaurant to stay warm. I got the call from the owner after 20min to finally receive the instruction. Since then - no appology.

Summary: Small cozy apartment with everything you need, but poor customer service.

Positive: Apartment well equipped and cleaned and in the center of Admont. The stay was very pleasant and in there are also plenty of facilities. It was also possible, in my case, to do a slightly later check out.

Negative: On the other hand the communication with the owner was quite difficult. The check in was not smooth since he forgot about me even if I call him a couple of hours before. To do the checkin you will need internet data to download an app and get inside the apartment by yourself. Also the payment was complicated since I had to do a bank transfer to his account several days later.

Positive: This small charming apartment is in a very good location next to the abbey. We are returning guests, it is ideal for us to visit the area. Equipped with everything, practical arrangement, clean. And the abbey is an incredible experience. The library, part of the nature museum, and the park are must-sees.Bakery nearby with delicious sourdough bread.

Negative: When we first moved in 2 years ago, the bed was very comfortable, but since then many people have been able to use it because it creaks terribly, it was a big disappointment. Although the heating can be regulated, it was still too hot now.we had to call the owner several times for the gate code when we arrived, unfortunately they forgot us.
