Positive: Sandra went to great lengths to make sure it was a wonderful stay from fresh fruit and coffee to special celebration for my husband's bday. Her location is perfect and only a few minutes away from great restaurants and bus that goes to the Marina in Praiano or town of Positano. We also did a boat tour to Capri which was incredible.

Positive: Sandra was the most incredible host we ever could have asked for. She helped us arrange a transfer from the airport, book a porter service and even helped us with our bags herself. On our arrival, she gave us a tour of the place, fully informed us about the local area, transport options, reccomended restaurants and showed us how to use all of the facilities. She also kept in touch throughout our stay and was on call for anything we could have needed - even pre-purchasing bus tickets to Positano for our first day! One of my friends even lost her phone at the end of the trip and she helped ger locate it and post it back. Exceptional kindness!! Sandra went absolutely above and beyond to give us the best stay possible and we could not be more grateful. The place itself was absolutely gorgeous. There were fresh flowers and a fruit bowl waiting for us, as well as coffee, tea and milk. The bathroom was fully stocked with lovely toiletries and laundry supplies and the beds were beautifully laundered and comfortable. Our view from the balcony was spectacular - truly one of the most gorgeous properties I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. We also found the location to be great as it was less expensive than staying in the middle of Positano or Amalfi but still close to both of them. It was only about a 15-20 minute bus ride and we quite enjoyed Praiano town itself. There was a great grocery store just down the road as well as a pharmacy and some fantastic restaurants.

Negative: Honestly, there's nothing we could think to complain about! It was heaven.

Summary: A totally blissful experience and the most wonderful host. We will definitely be back!

Positive: This is absolutely the best place to stay on the Amalfi coast! The apartment is beautiful and the host Sandra is such a lovely person who really makes sure her guests are so well looked after. If you would like a spacious, super clean apartment with a spectacular view then look no further. What made our stay even better was the kindness of Sandra. She helped us with all aspects of our stay and even kindly helped us when a member of our family needed medical care. She went above and beyond expectations and it felt like we were visiting an old friend!

Negative: Nothing at all except I wish we can have stays longer!

Positive: Who’s where do I start? Firstly Sandra the host from the time we booked until leaving was so amazing. Her replies were extremely quick and answered my questions (often you ask but get a non answer) She offered up multiple suggestions while we were staying- when we were checking in explaining the house, bus timetables, where to go, where to eat etc. also during the day she’d check on us to see if we needed help with anything we’d asked about. The apartment was very spacious, sunny, clean, super comfy beds, bathroom lovely, towels luxurious, beach towels, bag, deck chairs. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed plus olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs outside, fruit bowl full. - you get the picture! Balcony had amazing views with chairs tables. Washing machine and clothes line really handy as we’d travelled a bit. All detergents supplied as were toiletries. Really nothing else was needed. Sandra also supplied a starter pack of bus tickets for the SITA bus abc also the mobility bus. They were invaluable. Plenty of cafes, restaurants etc within walking distance, her suggestion for a special meal was perfect too.

Negative: I guess a few nights some inconsiderate guests in surrounding apartments/houses/on the street were really really loud late at night so unfortunately we had to close the doors and put the air con on. Such a pity as the fresh air is beautiful! Not the apartments issue at all and its ok as there was the air con option.

Property had everything & more plus treats provided on arrival - bowl of fresh fruit & the most amazing tomatoes! Positive: An exceptional apartment with an exceptional hostess! We highly recommend Mimi Junior Home. We have stayed in several similar vacation homes in Europe, but we have not experienced a stay like this. The apartment is very large with a long balcony running along the two bedrooms and living room providing views of Positano and in the distance, Capri. There is also a tiny alcove off the kitchen facing the ocean as well. Anything that you could possibly need in a holiday home was provided. In addition to all cooking and dining utensils there were two types of coffee, condiments, shower items, clothes and dish washing detergents, beach items, iron, and ironing board – we didn't need for anything except a longer stay! The owner/hostess, Sandra, has over thirty years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry and it showed through her attention to detail. She stayed in touch with us prior to our arrival and during our stay which was appreciated given the somewhat unreliable public transportation system along the coast. (She even provided bus tickets so that we would not have to sort that out on our first venture out of Praiano.) We chose to stay in this town given the access to the Path of the Gods. She helped us get oriented with that as well. There are very good restaurants very close by.

Negative: This is not a negative as we liked everything but a tip - be prepared to walk up and down steps. This is not a flat part of Italy.

Positive: The beautiful location and the view from our room were more than spectacular.. Our hostess Sandra was so sweet and made our stay so comfortable. All of her recommendations were perfect for our needs. She left us a fresh fruit bowl and bus tickets as well.

Negative: The bus rides were a bit scary as the road is winding and narrow. The only other thing I was not happy about is not booking a few more days in one of the most beautiful settings I have ever seen.

Positive: Beautiful, well located and well appointed apartment overlooking the sea in Praiano. Sandra was a phenomenal host. She welcomed us warmly, with a gift of her father’s oranges and tomato sauce. She helped us to organize the details of our stay, including restaurants, taxis, etc. and even bought groceries for us as we were arriving late at night on Dec 23rd. The comfort and personal touches made this a wonderful vacation experience.
