Positive: Amazing house with stunning views of Positano. The house was very clean and very comfortable for 6 people including 3 kids. The host was very accommodating and helpful, recommended us few places to go to with kids. House had everything you might need, they even left us all the ingredients for a pasta dinner. We absolutely loved it and cannot wait to go back. Thank you Tetyana and Lydia.

Positive: What a gem! With a stunning view overlooking the Mediterranean and Positano, this home is impeccably decorated and well equipped - it is modern, spacious and relatively convenient to access from the road (just a few stairs, and bit of walking on ramped walkways). 300-ish steps down to a public beach. The host communicated very well in advance and during our stay, and was extremely helpful.

Positive: This apartment is perfect in all ways! The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. We very much enjoyed the side yard as it is great for entertaining/enjoying the view. While we were only there for 2 whole days, Tetyana and Lydia helped us customize our trip so that we could have a private taxi service from Naples airport, private boat excursion and gave us great recommendations on what to do to immerse ourselves in the night life. We went to the beach directly below the apartment for sunset and it was very quaint & had a restaurant/bar. I would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Negative: There were a few ants in the bathrooms, probably due to the summer heat (there was Raid spray). It would be great if there was separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash (not 2 in 1) and bug spray for night. Otherwise, the place is fantastic! We wish we could stay longer.

Summary: Apartment is beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Definitely recommend to others.

Positive: Praiano is a quiet little town next to Positano, without the crowds…(keep it that way 🙏🏼). We were a family of 6, one senior, 2 teens and 3 adults - perfect for our family-. Marianna house is an amazing property, owners have gone the extra mile to make it highly comfortable and practical in many ways. Three separated bedrooms, new beds, comfortable pillows, kitchen is super practical, bathrooms are new and big (for Italy standards). Washing machine, beach towels at your disposal, a sunroof deck with beds…what else can you think of? And what’s more important, the house was extremely clean!! The house is easily accessible downhill from the main road, 80% of access is through a ramp (you can roll your bags) and then just few steps into the main entrance. From the house, you can access the public beach downhill only 370 steps (counted) or you can also spend crazy $$ and go for the private beach club (up to you and your pocket 🤩).

Negative: Nothing to complain about

Summary: This is an amazing option at Praiano, we would definitely come back!

Positive: We really liked that in this house everything is new, clean. Patio is very beautiful with a sea view. The house was not far from the beach, approximately 10 minutes, it was not difficult for us to get there by stairs; And to restaurants was 5 minutes by walk. Employee Lydia was very polite and sweet, helped us with all questions and gave good recommendations on the area. Thanks a lot 💕 we loved staying here
