Positive: Our vacation was just wonderful in Mimi's sunnyview house. One of the best places we ever lived. But I should explain you a little bit about this place not to overestimate your expectations. You will live on the upper floor of three floor house with your own entrance. On the first and second live Georgos, his mother and sister. Absolutely nice people. You have a big living room with wonderful view, kitchen with everything you need, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Four balconies. Washing machine. Everything works well. We had no problems with water, electricity and internet. But it’s quite away from the sea. Kefalonia don’t have much apartments near the sea at all. There is a beach in 1.3 km walking distance down the mountain, but the road is difficult and beach is not equipped. There is a good Lourdas beach nearby, but it’s 2.3 km to walk/drive. There was some local bus (we didn’t use it). But our favorite beach was Antisamos, about 40 minutes to drive. Shops, restaurants and bakery in walking distance. But to explore the island you definitely should rent a car. The road to the house a little bit tricky, as well as the rest roads on the island. We definitely want to come back.

Positive: Property was stunning, very clean and to a high specification with air conditioning in the main room and bedrooms. The view was fantastic and the property location was a couple of minutes walk from shops and a bakery. There were some very good tavernas in walking distance too. The local beaches were amazing. George and his family could not have been more helpful and we are hoping to return soon.

Positive: The view from the balconies all around the house was absolutely amazing! Very spacious rooms, all new and clean and the host, George, very kind. We had a great time staying here.

Negative: Everything was ok, except for the fact that there were no mosquito nets at the windows, so we couldn't leave the windows open during the night (we prefer the coolness of the night instead of using AC).

Summary: Great accommodation, great beaches, great mountain, great island! Love it!
