Summary: It was amazing experience, the room was very clean and nice, the place was so quiet maybe when we come back someday we will still stay at Millz Manor again.

Summary: We had a cute suite that included sitting area, small refrigerator, and comfy bed. We didn’t get to spend much time at the motel but agreed we would stay again. It’s within an hour of Lassen National Park. We had dinner at their sister location - Fall River Inn. Note there is limited front desk times.

Summary: We stayed 2 nights. There were towels only for 1 night, for 2 people, when we arrived. When we arrived at around 3PM, the office was closed as well as on our 2nd day, before and after our day away from our room there was no one in the office. Called the # that was on the office door to ask about getting clean towels for our 2nd night. Will called back and said that we needed to request the towels, as a pose to them leaving them in our room. I told him when we left that morning no one was in the office. He said, that I should have called the # on the office door, which I did not have, while we were gone. How about this, knowing that we were staying 2 nights, that the room be supplied with the proper amount of towels. Especially since, no one was around before or after on our day away from our room and that they don't do housekeeping the 2nd day the customer is using the room!! Also we did not have a replenishment of our coffee or cups. It would have been a better customer service, if an offer was made to come and make the situation right!! Needless to say that offer was not made.

Summary: Cute quaint, clean easy check in instructions texted to my cell. The heater, refrigerator and toilet needed attention/repair. Shared this problem upon checkout. When we finally figured out the refrigerator was making annoying rattling sounds every 15-30 minutes; we unplugged and our sleep disturbance wasn't an issue.

Summary: Great spot in a quaint, quiet town. Easy access to Lassen NP and nearby state parks. Older property but VERY clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. I would absolutely stay again!

Summary: The room was small but ample and the customer service was great. If you are looking for a small cozy place that is easily accessible off the highway this is your place. I would stay again at this location.

Summary: The hotel and property were very good. Our experience with Hotels.com was poor. They never sent information about checking in. The property office was closed and a note told us we had to get check in information from Hotels.com. No success on doing that. Finally got a call back from the property manager and he helped get in our room 30 minutes after we arrived. The manager was very helpful in taking care of us. Hotels.com was a big failure.
