Summary: Parking in the attached carport was very convenient and we loved having the refrigerator/freezer. Our bed was very comfortable and our room quiet. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Summary: We had a cute suite that included sitting area, small refrigerator, and comfy bed. We didn’t get to spend much time at the motel but agreed we would stay again. It’s within an hour of Lassen National Park. We had dinner at their sister location - Fall River Inn. Note there is limited front desk times.

Summary: We stayed 2 nights. There were towels only for 1 night, for 2 people, when we arrived. When we arrived at around 3PM, the office was closed as well as on our 2nd day, before and after our day away from our room there was no one in the office. Called the # that was on the office door to ask about getting clean towels for our 2nd night. Will called back and said that we needed to request the towels, as a pose to them leaving them in our room. I told him when we left that morning no one was in the office. He said, that I should have called the # on the office door, which I did not have, while we were gone. How about this, knowing that we were staying 2 nights, that the room be supplied with the proper amount of towels. Especially since, no one was around before or after on our day away from our room and that they don't do housekeeping the 2nd day the customer is using the room!! Also we did not have a replenishment of our coffee or cups. It would have been a better customer service, if an offer was made to come and make the situation right!! Needless to say that offer was not made.

Summary: Cute quaint, clean easy check in instructions texted to my cell. The heater, refrigerator and toilet needed attention/repair. Shared this problem upon checkout. When we finally figured out the refrigerator was making annoying rattling sounds every 15-30 minutes; we unplugged and our sleep disturbance wasn't an issue.
