Summary: Basic hotel, OK location but at the top of a steep hill. The room we were given had windows looking out at street level, but we asked to be changed and they moved us to a room overlooking the courtyard instead. Breakfast buffet was basic. Perfectly adequate place to stay while visiting Queenstown but not particularly memorable.

Summary: We were barely in the room so it was okay for us. Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was good, not right in the town, but a 10 min walk away on a slope. AC did not work well in the rooms, rooms were not cleaned as well as they should have been. Coffee cups were definitely not clean.
