Positive: The property totally exceeded our expectations. The thought, detail and quality of everything was very much appreciated. The property had everything that you could ask for and needed. The views and location to Frankton and Queenstown (and the ski fields) were perfect. We loved the spa, and the floor and towel rail heating! Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us!

Negative: We were worried about damaging the dining table as we couldn't find any place mats. Also, the dryer was different to what we are used to and so we couldn't get it to work efficiently, sometimes needing six hours to get our clothes to a dry-ish state.

Summary: Amazing property in a wonderful location with awesome views! So grateful to have stayed!
