Summary: A great place to stay. Very clean and well kept. My wife used the word 'elegant' to describe the suite. The living area, bathroom, tub/shower, and bed were all top notch! Conveniently located right in town and close by to several beautiful State Parks in the area. Downtown Utica was great and all the local business were very accommodating and friendly. You are seconds away from several restaurants, wineries, breweries, and shopping. We look forward to going back. Access and communication was good also.

Summary: Excellent location. Above restaurant/bar but noise not an issue. Comfortable bed & large sectional. More of a studio since no separate room for bed. Must carry luggage up stairs. Large whirlpool tub/shower was running out of hot water before jets could be run in tub. Nice that basic condiments (spices, oils, sugar/flour) & coffee furnished No dishwasher but an apartment sized fridge in addition to reg. refrigerator was out of place, along with dated stove. That being said was a perfect place to stay downtown & would recommend
