Positive: There could have been more choices for breakfast . I would have liked plain yoghurt and more fresh fruit and my husband would have preferred porridge.

Negative: The hot water was a bonus but it was so hot it could have been dangerous. I turned on a shower at the spa and it shot very hot water onto my neck . There was a warning sign saying “ hot water” but it was too small to see as you don t wear your glasses in the shower

Positive: Almost everything except the position of the room!!! Staff - great. Cleanliness - fine. Food - very good. Service - perfect.

Negative: The location of the room (300). Real pity it is next to a flyover!! The traffic is noticeable, which is unfortunate. If you are a heavy sleeper, then good luck, however if you are a light sleeper or find it difficult to get to sleep then this is not a room for you! Attitude of the Staff - when I explained about the noise in the room, all I got was a sorry!!?? No customer service, No offer of compensation, No explanation, No reason I was allocated this room despite being a "so called" 'Genius' member on Booking.com!!?? No gratuity. No NOTHING, despite being awake most of the night listening to the traffic outside!!!! Not good enough!!

Positive: Great location 5 minutes to the train station and city centre. Lovely staff would highly recommend . Breakfast was excellent. Everything was clean.I Will be going back

Positive: Perfect location. Very spacious room. Staff were very attentive and everyone you saw spoke. Lovely breakfast.

Negative: Couple of areas in the room that needed to be dusted for example the lamps and above the window along the curtain rail. Our room was alongside the main road which was a bit noisy. Lighting needs to be brighter. The bathroom needed a bit of an upgrade but understandably this is a big job and comes with huge expense.
