Positive: We had a wonderful time, and my sons and I had an incredible time. This property is in a brilliant spot. It's on a fairly main road without a garden, but it's in a peaceful location and a great base to so much in the Snowdonian area. There are also some nice pubs close by if that's your thing. My sons have kept asking to return... we will return.

Positive: Loved the cozy atmosphere the cottage is light warm and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are comfy. We enjoyed having the garden to sit out in and it was good to be able to park close by as my mum is in her 80s all in all we had a wonderful day.

Negative: A bit noisy as right on the road (though I’m used to being in a very quiet place in the country I have a over seas phone I guess because of this I didn’t receive the key code, so entry when I first arrived after a long journey could have gone smoother

Positive: Good location for walks and visiting places of interest. Great facilities and comfortable accommodation. The cottage is comfortable and feels welcoming. We had a dog with us and was thankful for the gated garden as the road the cottage is on is very busy.

Negative: Nothing about the cottage, although it would now benefit from some redecoration and new carpets. The only negative is the busy road the cottage is located on.

Summary: We had a fabulous week walking and touring around the area. Magnificent scenery, quaint villages and very friendly local

Positive: Everything was great, location was exaclty what i've expected, lake and pub really close, the terrace was lovely.Inside we've got everything we needed.The fireplace it's lovely.I will comeback for sure.

Negative: There is nothing that i didn't like.It's was a great time there.

Negative: Positioned on a main road ... but nothing can be done about that. Not too inconvenient.

Positive: Beautiful Welsh cottage. Loads of original features including huge pieces of slate and thick stone walls. Lovely new bathroom, very well arranged kitchen with everything you could need. Comfy sofas in a warm sitting room opposite coal fire. Lovely garden.

Negative: The property is very close to the road but because the walls are so thick you dont really notice. There are only 2 beds (1 double, 1 single) and it really could do with a sofa bed or another single bed to make it suitable for a wider range of guests.

Summary: Beautiful old Welsh cottage and staying there was a wonderful experience.
