Positive: We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel. Jorge the manager was elected and took care of our every needs. We very much enjoyed our room #411, it was actually larger than we expected. Breakfast was outstanding, with a number of great options.

Negative: We had two rooms one for my wife and I and one for our son. Our son's room had a shower in a bath tub which was a little unusual for a high end hotel. We also were suprised that you were charged to use the sauna, pool etc.

Summary: Excellent stay, we will be back!

Positive: Good location especially for visiting the Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum. Room was spacious, very clean and well-appointed. All the staff we came into contact with were very efficient, helpful and friendly.

Summary: Excellent hotel in a good location. Customer service was faultless.

Negative: There is no manager on site to take initiatives. Staff doesn’t have any authorities and all decisions are made by the main office. Housekeeping was too slow and one time there was no service at night.

Positive: Room was beautiful, staff were exceptional. Whole experience was wonderful, from the moment you are greeted at the door by the doorman (who was very knowledgeable on local amenities) to checking out. The hotel itself has been exquisitely decorated, and feels luxurious. The staff are just a level above, nothing too much trouble but not overly so, they get it just right. We will definitely be returning and cannot wait to stay longer. The only food we tried was the breakfast and this was lovely.

Negative: There was nothing to not like.

Summary: Exquisite hotel in a fabulous location for our little musical weekend. Staff absolutely amazing.

Positive: The bar was like nothing we've seen before in renovated old stables. The breakfast rooms were small, cosy and beautiful designed. We can't wait to stay again!
