The DIGIO HOUSE apartment is a shiny two-room apartment of about 70 m2. It is well furnished and it can host up to 4 people.It is at ground floor in a nice and quiet apartment building, well lightened and surrounded by greenery. It has an entry room, a kitchen, a big living room with a 2-beds sofa, a double room and a bathroom. The apartment has a balcony and a little garden where you can relax after a hard work day. The furniture is modern and complete, carefully selected; the kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette, a refrigerator with freezer, a washing-machine, a microwave oven and dishes; moreover you will find towels for the kitchen and the bathroom, bed sheets and a hair-dryer.It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. How to pay:
Minimum reservation of 3 days.
For reservations made with a few days of advance, we will ask as confirmation a deposit of 30%, which should be sent by credit transfer.
The payment should be made on the arrival day in cash or in advance by credit transfer (we don't accept payments made by cheques, credit cards or cash cards.
The price includes the possibility to use all the equipment that you will find inside the apartment, the use of gas, electricity, water, heating.

Summary: We were two Finnish couples around our sixties who wanted a comfortable base for watching the European volleyball championships. The apartment is at a walking distance (less than two kilometers) from the Pala Yamamay sporting arena and this was a real bonus to us since it was practically impossible to get a taxi to and from the arena in a small town when hundreds of other people were trying to do the same. The apartment was better than advertised. It is more spacious than what the images tell. It had a flat-screen lcd tv and so fast internet (wifi) that we could even watch Finnish tv online through it. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed. Our small complaint is that there is no heating in the apartment until November. There is a nice café (Dolce Caffe) with very friendly staff in the same building as the apartment and a good pizzeria (Pizza Week) about 100 m from it. The owner of the apartment Marco is friendly and reliable. When we were checking in, he promptly filled the renting contract form and even glued a revenue stamp (marca da bollo) onto my receipt of payment. It showed us that we were dealing with a principled and trustworthy person and made us relaxed about our stay.

Summary: "We had an exellent stay. The house was very clean. Everything you could think of was available. There even is a smal garden. It is situated in a quiet part of Legnano next to a park, easy to reach, not far from the centre and shops. Milano easy to reach by train."
