Summary: Property was mostly clean except for some webs on the twin beds and window ledges overall Great place to stay with multiple Family secluded in its own street views are spectacular saw Elk every day highly recommended.

Summary: This property is perfect for a large family gathering, privacy, large gathering spaces inside and out. The cabins are nicely decorated and the main cabin has everything you need for cooking whatever is on your menu! It is set in a beautiful spot, close to town but down the hill so there's no noise from the road. The property managers were friendly and helpful, I called with questions and they were happy to help. The only concern I had was that there was no disclosure about the safety of the town's water supply, which i would not have thought about checking, but family with an infant did. We would have still come to Ruidoso, but would have brought drinking water with us.

Summary: We were happily surprised at the location and easy access to the cabins. We had 7 family groups and all of us were very satisfied with the cabins that are prepared with fine beds and linens. We saw deer and elk every day from the porches. I will definitely stay here again and recommend them to anyone going to Ruidoso! Mike C
