The Space
We're getting major "Friends" vibes from this loft above downtown Visalia! Walk down to restaurants and shops, or right across the street to your event at the Convention Center! No need for an Uber! In town for the hospital? Kaweah Health is a quick walk down the street. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and bright and airy bedroom with views of the city. Enjoy the spa-like bathroom and large walk in closet! The laundry is located in the unit. Smart TV and WiFi are provided! Smart security lock at the foyer provides extra safety. This loft is up a flight of stairs, so guests must climb stairs to access it. There is a free public parking lot right outside the building doors, and both free and paid parking along the streets.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire loft! There is a free public parking lot which is first come first served. Easy access to freeways, only 30 minutes to Sequoia National Park entrance! Walk to the Convention Center, Starbucks, Kaweah Health, multiple restaurants, and boutiques!
Other details to note
There are three lofts total in this building, so there is potential to see other guests in the foyer or on the stairs. There is a seperate code for each guest to access the foyer, and another personal code to access each room, providing additional security. The loft is across the street from the Convention Center which often hosts weddings, galas, and other large events.
Neighborhood description
Right in the center of downtown Visalia, you can't get any closer to the action! Walk to the Fox Theater to catch a show, eat award winning dinner at Tommy's, and then head back to the loft to unwind with an amazing glass of local wine. What a treat! The location of this loft is so fun, we can't wait to host guests who are sure to fall in love with everything Visalia has to offer!
1. Check In
Check in instructions will be sent out 24 hours prior to check in. We currently cannot accommodate early check ins. Please respect check in and check out times. Late checkout fees may apply.
2. Honesty is the best Policy
Add all guests, no more overnight guests than maximum occupancy. Guest fee of $20/person/night after 2 guests apply automatically with reservation request.
3. No Parties or Smoking
Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. This is a high fire zone! Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful
When using outdoor areas, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. Thank you for your cooperation!
Parking:
We suggest parking in the free public parking lot with the mural of Giant Sequoia trees. This will give you easy access to the back door of the building where you'll access the loft. There is a sign on the back of the building that says Midtown Lofts. Enter through the black door by using your personal key code. Once inside, walk up the stairs about halfway. The door is on the right.
Use the parking pass that is located in the unit next to the front door. Please ensure the parking pass is placed back on the hook after checkout. A $200 replacement fee will be charged if the parking pass is misplaced.
Extended stays require periodic mid-stay cleanings. The frequency, whether every two weeks or every three, depends on the duration of your booking. Please be ready to inform us of your preferred day of the week for scheduling these cleanings.
