This 3 bedroom 2 bath home on the hill does not disappoint. Located on a corner lot in a wonderful quiet neighborhood toward the top of Thorn Hill w/ a park just a half block away, stunning sunsets, 2 ovens if you're into cooking a feast, play area for kiddos & free weights to workout in partially finished basement, closet stocked w/ board games, high chair, pack n play and more! There's also a nice patio area w/ a fire pit, BBQ, folding chairs and small tables for your outdoor enjoyment.
Please note, for security purposes, there are 3 Ring video surveillance cameras on the property, all outside of the home; 1 at the front door, 1 over the garage facing the driveway & 1 outside the side entry door under the breezeway.
Colfax is a wonderful, small & historic town w/thrift, antique & specialty shops on the main drag, just 25min from WSU, 35min from U of I in Moscow, & an hour from Spokane. The surrounding Palouse is a photographers dream and Kamiak Butte is also just a short drive away. This location is perfect for the family/friends getaway anytime of year!

Summary: Acceptable to good accommodation for 4-6 people, at a good price point. House and yard could use a little TLC. Very nice neighborhood and the park that is 1/2 block away is great for walking the dog. The "feel" is more "home sharing" than "vacation rental".

Summary: The house was fine, except no curtain on the bathroom window, we hung a sheet in case anyone could see from the outside. Some towels were old, the towel had a big hole. Spent hours trying to get the internet and television working with no luck. No internet or television all weekend.
