Positive: The breakfast was good. An additional option might be provided. The waffle machine stuck making it difficult to use. Our family was at an event and we were able to gather in the evening together which made the stay very nice.

Negative: If there were King beds, we would like it better We did not like the “tin” covering at the base of the bed. We would hit it with our feet and the sound was surprising. We could hear the hits from other rooms also.

Positive: When we experienced a problem with our room, we were immediately switched to a new room without any questions, which was very much appreciated.

Negative: Our first room smelled heavily of cigarettes, which was unacceptable. We were immediately put into another room, without question. Our new room had a very bad water leak from the tub faucet, and the refrigerator didn't work properly. We notified staff about both issues upon checkout.

Summary: It was fine. Staff was friendly.
