Positive: The location was great. Shopping, gas, food was within walking distance.

Negative: The entire hotel is about to be renovated from what we heard. The company is not fixing anytime until renovation. TV was old and took 30 minutes to warm up. Don't count on the continental breakfast. Waffle maker if gone and the coffee is cold more often than not. Stale bagels and raisin toast. Do yourself a favor and go to Wendy's or waffle house.

Summary: Will probably be a nice place to stay after the renovation

Positive: They help me get the same room everytime..the staff is extremely polite and helpful when i need something

Negative: I don't like that there is hardly ever a variety of breakfast..sometimes almost no breakfast at all..iam considering trying another place because of the lack of breakfast food ..I stay two nights a week every week in marianna
